Terms and Conditions
1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.
2. Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3. According to our experience, Custom check the parcels by random, about 0.5-1% parcels will be checked and may charge some tariff.
4. In order to lessen buyer`s import tax or even exempt buyer from import tax, we shall declare the item with much less value than the actual price the customer paid for the item.
5. The lower declared value shall not reflect the total price paid by customer or the market price about the item, and perhaps shall not be suitable for those countries with different special tariff standard.
1). Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARK when you make payment. The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.
2). Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through UPS, DHL, Fedex or Air Mail, according to actual situation .
3). You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.
4). As for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is the so called remote area by DHL or UPS, the additional fee shall be paid by the buyer.
5). We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.
6). For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with the express company and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference.

Return & Exchange
Customers have 7 business days from the day that the order was received to report the following:
Damaged items, lost packages/items, or request a return.
Buyers can return item(s) for a refund within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received, and the buyer is to afford the return shipping cost. The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as once it was delivered.
Buyers may return the item(s) for a refund if they are not as described or with quality issues within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received.The buyer is required to afford the return shipping cost, based on the condition of the item(s) received.
1.If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
2.If the items can`t meet your need, we can also accept your return. The courier service freight should be paid by buyer.

2. You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
3. We will declare the parcel at low value to avoid problems at the customs. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller`s) return address. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
4. If you need faster shipment, please choose the shipping way you want and pay extra cost. Or contact us in advance.
5. The picture as a result of the photography condition possibly has the chromatic aberration, if you are not sure about the colors,please contact us before you place the order.
6. If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions
